Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with LayerLabs. All sales are final, except as described below and where required by law.

Personalised items
Items made with your name, text, photos or custom choices cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded once production has started, because they cannot be resold.

Cancellations
You can cancel an order for a full refund before production starts. Message us as soon as possible with your order number.

Damaged, defective or wrong items
We accept replacements or refunds for damaged, defective or wrong items, reported within 5 days of delivery to layerlab3dprinters@gmail.com with:

• Your order number
• An unboxing video, recorded before opening the package and showing the shipping label
• A photo of the issue

We will review within 2 business days and offer a replacement or a refund. Claims without an unboxing video may not be accepted. We do not accept returns for change of mind.

What is not a defect
3D printing is a handmade process. Minor layer lines and small colour differences between your screen and the real item are normal and are not grounds for a return.

How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
