Shipping policy
We ship across India and to select countries worldwide through trusted couriers, including India Post, Ekart, DTDC, Xpressbees and Delhivery. The countries we ship to are shown at checkout.
- Shipping charges: Shown at checkout before you pay.
- Dispatch: 2-5 business days. Made-to-order items may take a little longer, as noted on the product page.
- Delivery: 5-10 business days in India, 10-21 business days internationally. These are estimates, and delays can happen.
- Customs: International orders may have import duties or taxes, which the buyer pays. These are set by the destination country.
- Tracking: Sent by email once your order ships.
- Address: Please double-check your address and phone number at checkout. We aren’t responsible for delays caused by incorrect details. If a courier cannot reach you, the parcel may be returned to us and re-shipping charges may apply.
- Damaged in transit: Send an unboxing video (recorded before opening the package, showing the shipping label) and your order number to layerlab3dprinters@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery. Claims without a video may not be accepted.
